We are a small Church of England Voluntary Aided school set in the beautiful Northumberland countryside. We prioritise our strong family atmosphere and sense of community and inclusion of all.
 
 An active and rich creative partnership exists between the school, Church, and the people of the community. This partnership based on Christian principles, extends the spiritual experience of our pupils and builds up relationships locally in this sparse rural area. 

 The children at Chollerton First School are at the heart of everything we do. They are encouraged and nurtured in a wonderful learning environment and their happiness and enthusiasm is evident when you walk into the school.  

 We provide a broad and rich curriculum, greatly enriched by the grounds and rural setting of the school, which contributes to all aspects of each pupil’s development. It challenges our children in their learning and personal expectations and gives many opportunities for each pupil to express themselves and gain confidence in their own abilities.

 The teaching and supporting staff are dedicated and committed to the school and you will find them friendly and supportive.
